Returns and Exchanges
  • If the item has quality problem, we will pay for return shipping. After we received your return request, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label to use to ship the items back to us.
  • If the size or color isn’t right for you, you may return the item in 7 days of receipt of your order at your own expense for exchange.
  • Items should be returned in new and unused condition in original packaging. Returns that are damaged, soiled or altered may not be accepted and may be sent back to customer.
  • You may use the new Brieten Returns Process under "ORDER" in your Brieten account. Then find the drop down box marked "RMA". A return authorization Number (RMA#) will be established after we confirm your return request, and then you can print your own return shipping label. Please make sure that you include the new return packing slip with your return. Once your return has been received and inspected by our Returns Dept., we will issue the appropriate refund to your PayPal account or Credit Crad account.
  • We do not accept exchange. Beacuse we can't promise the replacement would be in stock when we receive your return package. We suggest you place another order for the item you want and return the wrong order.

Please Note:
  • Please contact our customer service for the returning address and RMA#. Please note that you can only get a refund with the RMA# in the returned package. We're not responsible for your returning to the wrong address or dealing with packages without RMA#.
  • Returns are handled twice a week by our Returns Department, therefore processing time will vary based on date item is received.
